FAQs on Kroolo Tasks

Can Kroolo AI create subtasks for me?
Yes. Open a task, go to Subtasks and choose Suggest Subtasks. Kroolo AI proposes steps based on the task name; you can make them shorter or longer, rewrite them and pick the ones to create. You can also convert an existing task into a subtask.
How do task dependencies work?
Turn on dependencies in a task and add two kinds. Waiting On marks a task that must be completed first. Blocking marks a task that cannot start until the current one is done.
Can I update many tasks at once?
Yes. Select the tasks and change their status, priority, due date, assignee or type in one action, or delete them together.
Can I move or copy a task to another project?
Yes. Choose Move to other project from the task menu to move it, or Duplicate Task to copy it and pick which properties and subtasks come along.
Can AI summarise a long task?
Yes. Open the task, click Ask AI and choose Summarize Task. You can ask follow-up questions, copy the summary or regenerate it. The same menu can find similar tasks.
Where do I see the tasks assigned to me?
My Tasks lists everything assigned to you, with the project name on each task. Filter and group by status, priority or due date, or switch to a board view.
